A space for those who are tired of being told how they should heal, move, breathe, or be.

This is for the ones who want to build a relationship with their body, their energy, and their practice that actually belongs to them.

Through breathwork, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and Reiki, I hold space for you to release, realign, and reconnect with your most authentic self. Whether you’re here to find stillness or break free, this space is yours to explore, feel, and practice in a way that feels true to you.

My teaching is rooted in one simple belief:
Your body already knows what it needs.
My role is to help you listen.

* Private healing sessions → A deeply personal and intuitive experience, customized to your unique energy. The reset you didn’t know you needed, but will feel the moment we begin.

* Soulful Group Classes & Workshops → Small & intimate immersive sessions blending movement, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, and meditation. These are sacred spaces for self-discovery, release, soulful healing and transformation.

Here, there are no rules... just an open invitation to come as you are, embrace your magic, and discover your own rhythm of holistic wellness.

I’m Media Kaisi, the founder of HippieGirlfriend Wellness.

A breathwork & yoga teacher, Holy Fire Reiki Master, sound alchemist, and your hippiegirlfriend based in Chicago. I created this brand as a sacred space for women like me, women who are wild, free, magical, intuitive, and so fucking rebellious, 

To help you reconnect to your sacred self.

To remind you that your self-trust is your power.

To make healing feel hot, fun, and deeply embodied.

To create classes, rituals, and offerings that feel like coming home to yourself.

Whether we’re moving through yoga, breathing into release, bathing in sound, or anointing ourselves in ritual, this is your permission to feel it how YOU want to.
